Innovation and development are the cornerstones of the Pardis Project, Pardis meaning Paradise in Persian.. In 2005 it launched the Energy Independence Day challenge, establishing 16 June 2020 as the deadline for the development of a painting system that is self-sufficient with regard to energy, requiring a 70% reduction in consumption.
An ambitious yet realistic objective. In 2017, Geico hit the target three years ahead of schedule, reducing the energy consumption for painting car bodies from 900 to 270 kWh, all of which produced with renewable energy, thanks to the high level of engineering innovation and continuous technological research and environmental ethics.
