slide1The ELENE (ELastic ENergy Ecology) oven is capable of adapting to the operating length in relation to the required production, which inevitably is feeling the effects of market demand; it may therefore be that plants are commissioned for planned production but actually produce a smaller number of bodies.

The E3 oven option allows the oven’s ventilation and its length to be adjusted to that actually required for the production that is in progress.

When switching from planned production to something less, the number of heating assemblies in operation and their set-points can be altered in order to have only the number of machines operating that are required for baking the number of bodies actually processed, resulting in significant energy saving.

This solution appears particularly appealing if combined with the ELENE booth solution.
